Competition authorities have imposed substantial fines for competition law violations over the last few decades. This stems from an international consensus that monetary sanctions against corporations are essential to deter anti-competitive conduct. This report assesses how Australia's competition sanctions regime compares to the regimes of a number of other major OECD jurisdictions.

Implementation and enforcement of the OECD Anti-Bribery Convention
