The Guidance is the first government-backed standard for corporate due diligence on responsible business conduct to cover all sectors of the economy. It addresses a range of risks in business operations and supply chains, including human rights, labour, the environment and corruption.

Peru takes an important step in the fight against corruption
Peru will become the 44th Party and 7th Latin American country to join the OECD Anti-Bribery Convention on 27 July 2018, 60 days after the deposit of its instrument of accession. By joining the Convention, Peru sends a clear signal that is determined to playing a key role in the collective fight against cross-border bribery.
